A legal infiltration of The underworld
Did you know? Cannabis is no more harmful than legal things being sold like alcohol and tobacco.
The debate regards a legalization of soft drugs, cannabis and marijuana in Sweden. The cannabis does not affect anybody else than the smoking person. Those opposed say that legalization will lead to a higher crime rate and also more addiction to hard drugs. Right now are the drugs sold by the underworld and they make lots of money. People smoking those drugs must buy it from dealers who are in contact with criminals in the underworld and legalization would kill their dealing. The cannabis is only going to be sold by the state and not by private persons. Otherwise, the criminals will set up all coffee shops, and it will be all legal. This legalization shall not benefit the underworld; it will erase their selling of cannabis. Legalize it and we will receive many benefits in our society!
Firstly, a research by the British Medical Association proves that nicotine is way more addictive than cannabis.
Secondly, during 1995 the medical newspaper The Lancet, after thirty years of science, concluded that smoking cannabis is not dangerous for our health. It is a big problem because cannabis helps the suffering from MS AND other neurological diseases. Therefore patients use it as medication, illegally, because they don’t want to suffer from something they can reduce. This unlawful action can make the patient be sentenced to jail. What has really happened during the smoking by the patient? The patient has suffered less, the patient has not been addicted to a soft drug, the patient has not harmed any person in their environment and the patient may risk go to jail.
Counter arguments
This legalization will lead to smoke of hard drugs like heroin and LSD. That is a completely myth.
